Snacktastic chicken and prawn crackers

We all love snacking here at Taste Inc. HQ. We have three main criteria when analysing a snack: speed, health, flavour! Luckily for us, this amazing snack scores big on all three: super-fast, super tasty and super healthy – a whopping 25+ grams of protein! If you’re not a huge fan of prawn, you can of course double up on the chicken. Like things a little hotter? Mix it up with a Spicy Taste Inc. fillet and a few sprinkles of dried chillies in your mashed avocado.

Snacktastic chicken and prawn crackers

Ingredients

  • 4 Ryvita beetroot crackers
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2-4 cooked prawns
  • 1 Taste Inc. Original Chargrilled Chicken Fillet
  • salt and black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take two Ryvita beetroot crackers and set aside.
  2. Mash up half an avocado so it makes a roughly smooth paste in a bowl, add a sprinkle of black pepper and a dash of salt to really bring out the flavour.
  3. Now, take your first two crackers and top with some gorgeous cooked prawns – a great source of low-fat protein.
  4. Set these aside and take two more crackers. Now top these with shredded Taste Inc. chicken – don’t worry about being too neat, these snacks are all about fast, healthy snacking and big flavours.
  5. You’re done, simple as that – time to snack on!
