No-guilt pizza wrap hack

Who doesn’t love pizza? Pizza for lunch, pizza for dinner, leftover pizza for breakfast – it’s all so good. However, we all know that getting a pizza from your local takeaway, although tempting, isn’t the healthiest choice. That’s why we love this pizza wrap hack – all the flavour of a pizza without the guilt! You can mix and match as you please with this recipe. Fancy some red onion, add it on! Got some leftover mozzarella in the fridge, perfect – add a few chunks instead of the cheddar.

No-guilt pizza wrap hack

Ingredients

  • 1 Weight Watchers tortilla wrap
  • 50 grams Tomato Purée
  • 30 grams reduced fat mature cheddar
  • 1 Taste Inc. Spicy Fillet
  • cracked black pepper (optional)
  • Dried basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 180 degrees and preheat.
  2. Grate 30 grams of reduced fat mature cheddar and set aside.
  3. Take your tortilla wrap and spread the 50 grams of tomato puree evenly over the wrap, leaving a gap around the edge – which will be the ‘crust’! 50 grams of tomato puree is roughly two tablespoons, give or take.
  4. Now, roughly tear or slice your Spicy fillet into bite-sized chunks and add on top of the puree.
  5. Finally, evenly spread your grated reduced fat cheddar over the wrap. If you fancy adding a little extra Italian flair, why not add a sprinkle of dried basil?
  6. Pop the wrap into the oven for around seven to eight minutes. We recommend keeping an eye on it and checking around the five minute mark!
  7. Once it’s cooled slightly, slice it up and enjoy! If you’re feeling fancy add a sprinkle of black pepper.
